This item took two weeks to be delivered, and it seems there was no stock available during that time. If an item isn’t in stock, it should be marked as “out of stock” until it’s replenished, rather than keeping customers waiting. The hat itself was far too small for a 13-year-old child. It barely sat on the top of his head and didn’t even cover the ears—this size is only suitable for a baby or toddler. Overall, this was very disappointing, and I feel the product description and stock management need serious improvement.
